Q: Are these flyers
really free?

A: Yes. They are completely free if you print them out on your own computer. The only time you have any cost is if you want to upgrade to a premium service or if you want to print your flyers professionally.

A: We feel that it is important for mortgage professionals to have a professional presence, and flyers are one of the first impressions people get of you. Most Loan Officers don’t have the time or technical expertise to put a flyer together, so we did it for you. Additionally, we are hoping that you will find benefit and sign up for our Premium offerings.

Q: I think your flyers look great, and would like to have a website that is just as professional. Do you guys offer website design?
A: Yes. We offer a full range of website design products and services.If you are looking for a free website, visit our other site (www.FreeLoanOfficerSites.com) and choose a free web template. If you want a more robust offering, you can upgrade to a Premium of Platinum program.

| Q: I’d like to upload my picture
and company logo on a flyer. Is that service available?

A: Yes. That feature is available in our Premium Flyers Services section and with our Professionally Printed Flyers and Postcards sections.

| Q: Do you offer any other free services?

A: Yes. We also run the FreeLoanOfficerSites.com website. There, you can get free customized mortgage websites, or upgrade to more dynamic and more robust websites to increase your professional image.

| Q: I can’t save my flyer to
my desktop. Why?
|

A: With the free flyer service, you must print the flyer from our website and you are not able to save your information. With a Premium service, you can save copies of your completed flyers, and save your information with your personal profile so that you don’t need to re-enter it every time you want to print a flyer.

| Q: You have lots of drop-down items
in the list, but there is something else I want to change/add. Can
I do that?

A: Yes. All of the drop-down items are editable. Simply click in the drop down list and type what you would like to.

| Q: I have a small mortgage firm and
don't have time to create my own custom flyers. Are you able to
work on a contract basis to create flyers for my company?
